Micro-Optics for Diode Lasers

LIMO's optics for single emitters, bars and stacks are being produced in series at the highest level of quality:

LIMO produces optical components and systems, exclusively on wafer basis, for laser beam shaping. As with microelectronics, up to several thousand lenses are manufactured in one unit, thereby allowing a mass production at the highest level of quality. We produce lenses made of only high-quality glass and crystals for a long service life as well as for the highest laser output.

The manufacturing process is completely numerically controlled and checked. Thus, we produce complex aspheres and free formers surfaces of the highest quality.

The optics are already custom-designed to the respective applications in a standard measure, whereby alternative measures are available on enquiry. Furthermore, the standard optics can be provided custom-designed with AR and other coatings.
